dr. Lucija Čoga
Short biography
Lucija Čoga graduated from high school in 2005 and then enrolled in the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology, University of Ljubljana. In 2011 she received her diploma in Chemistry under supervision of Dr. Aleš Omerzu and Prof. Dr. Iztok Turel. After her studies she was employed as a young researcher at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, University in Ljubljana. She received her PhD in Physics in 2015 under supervision of Prof. Dr. Irena Drevenšek-Olenik. The thesis topic was self-assembly of lipophilic nucleoside derivatives in thin surface films. Since 2016 she is employed as a researcher at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Ljubljana, precisely in the Laboratory for Tribology and Interface Nanotechnology.
