dr. Blaž Žugelj
Short biography
Blaž Žugelj was born in 1989 in Ljubljana. After graduating from high school in 2008, he enrolled in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Ljubljana. In 2013 he graduated with the work titled The influence of surface charge on tribological behavior of SiC and Si3N4 ceramics lubricated with water under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mitjan Kalin. In the same year he got employed as a young researcher at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in the University of Ljubljana in the Laboratory for Tribology and Interface Nanotechnology. He deals with determing the real surface contacts under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mitjan Kalin.
