TINT received an ARRS project – Code GM
date: 01.12.2022
The Code-GM project is about nanoscale contact design of high-performance, energy-efficient, lightweight components for green mobility.
Green Mobility is a great step toward a sustainable future. Electric vehicles (EVs) will play a vital role in future transportation. Needless to say EV components, and thus tribological contacts in EVs, are completely different from those of internal combustion engines. Thus, this project aims to study the performance of thermoset materials under a set of tribological conditions they are expected to encounter under an EV mobility environment. The project is funded by Slovenian Research Agency (ARRS) for two years. More details about the project can be found here.
